Mr. J P Nayak is a Mechanical Engg Graduate with Post Graduate Degree in Production Engg from UK. He joined Larsen & Toubro Ltd in 1965 and has been a significant contributor in the exciting journey of the organisation to reach its pre-eminent position today. After handling diverse roles that gave him invaluable experience in infrastructure, construction, mining & manufacturing sectors, he joined the Board of Directors in 1995 as Executive Director and retired in 2011. Thereafter he was the Advisor to the Group Chairman for 3 years. During his professional career spanning almost 5 decades, Mr. Nayak has developed extensive business relationships in varied fields in India as well as internationally.

Mr. Vasudeva Kudva has been a very successful businessman working with well-known brands like ACC, Asian Paints, V-Guard, Crompton Greaves for more than three decades in the Mangalore area. He brings with him a versatile business experience spanning more than 30 years. He is also a very astute long term investor spanning multiple market cycles.

Mr. Subraya M Pai is the executive director of the 85 year old conglomerate the Bharath Group, based in Mangalore. Established in 1930 as Bharath Beedi works, with the core business of manufacturing the 30 Brand Beedies, today the company has diversified into multiple business verticals like real estate, auto mobiles, retail, multiplex cinemas, printing and stationary and a few strategic private equity investments. His key responsibilities include handling the production and quality control divisions of the group and also active roles in the strategic business investments of the group. He is also the Chairman of Bharath Auto Cars who are the authorised dealers and service providers for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, in Mangalore.
